About Founder
I began my career in the IT and Sales industry at the end of 2018 while I was still in the first semester of my graduation degree. Initially, I joined the field to enhance my communication skills, with the goal of moving abroad for further studies. But life had other plans — the pandemic struck in 2019, halting all passport and immigration processes.
During that uncertain time, I found myself deeply immersed in the world of sales and technology. What started as a short-term plan turned into a long-term passion. While many viewed sales as a challenging profession, I found it exciting. Engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right solutions gave me purpose. I became curious not just about sales, but about the entire ecosystem — client psychology, industry demands, and corporate culture.
Between 2019 and 2023, I worked across various roles in sales, support, project management, and business development. I gained hands-on experience handling diverse projects from multiple industries and developed a well-rounded understanding of the market. Throughout this journey, I nurtured a dream: to build my own IT firm.
In November 2023, I founded 100 Localz as a solo entrepreneur, supported remotely by a technical team. For the first year, I wore multiple hats and learned the true meaning of resilience and leadership. Eventually, I began hiring like-minded, passionate individuals who shared my vision. Together, we started building something special — not just a company, but a culture of growth, innovation, and ambition.
Today, we are a growing team of nearly 30 professionals and counting. At 100 Localz, we operate as a one-stop shop for all things IT — from basic digital marketing to complex software and app development. We take pride in working on a wide range of dynamic and diverse projects that challenge us and help us grow.
