Sales closer and self closer

We are hiring for a Sales Closer & Self Closer (Digital Marketing) role for individuals who are confident in closing deals, handling client conversations, and driving revenue growth through performance-based sales. This role is focused on converting qualified leads into paying customers and maximizing revenue opportunities through strong communication and closing skills.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting solutions clearly, and closing high-value deals. This is a performance-driven role where earnings are directly linked to results.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound sales conversations
• Converting qualified leads into paying clients
• Presenting services and explaining value clearly
• Following up with prospects to close deals
• Managing the full sales closing cycle
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Working closely with the team to improve conversion rates

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in closing sales and handling objections
• Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory

Compensation

• PKR 100,000 – 250,000 (base earning potential)
• Percentage-based commissions + performance-based incentives
• High earning opportunities based on results
