We are hiring a Senior Ads Expert responsible for managing and optimizing high-performance advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.This role focuses on driving targeted traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing return on ad spend through strategic campaign execution and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Running and scaling social media advertising campaigns
- Handling Google Guarantee management and optimization
- Monitoring campaign performance and improving ROI
- Keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
- Analyzing data and preparing performance reports
- Continuously improving ad strategies for better results
Requirements
- Proven experience in paid advertising (Google & social platforms)
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and analytics
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Ability to manage budgets and improve ROI
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of Google Guarantee is a plus
Compensation
50,000K – 80,000K (based on experience and performance)
