A growing business in Lahore often ends up with several suppliers. One freelancer designs the logo, another builds the website, and an agency runs the ads. Each does their own part, and nobody is responsible for the result.
Sadia set up 100 Localz to bring those services into one accountable team. Social media marketing, content, SEO, branding, graphic design and web development are planned together and measured against the same target. A client deals with one team from the first conversation to the monthly report.
She sets the direction for every client engagement and stays close to the work. She leads a team that covers operations, marketing and development, and she has shaped the agency around two commitments: solutions that are technically sound, and solutions that match where the client wants their business to go.
The name reflects the idea. Every client, wherever they are, should get the attention a local customer expects: quick answers, straight advice and people who know their market.
Today 100 Localz serves two kinds of client. The first is the business down the road: the gym, clinic, school or property firm that needs more customers from its own city. The second is the company in another country that wants a reliable marketing and development partner.
An international client gets the same attention as a neighbour in Johar Town, with meetings arranged around their time zone. That consistency is what Sadia wants the company to be known for. As the team grows, new members are trained in the same approach, so the standard does not depend on any one person.
