Training
How new team members learn the work.
Training is part of the job at 100 Localz. Every specialist is expected to coach the people around them, and learning happens on real client work.
New joiners start on live projects with a senior colleague beside them. They learn the client's business first, then the tools, then the standard their work is checked against. Juniors are given real responsibility early, with someone experienced reviewing what they produce.
We also share skills across departments. Developers learn what the SEO team needs from a page, and writers learn how designers think about layout. Clients benefit, because the person working on one part of a project understands the rest of it.
